  • Steve Doroba – President/Creative Director

    Steve Doroba has been an award-winning marketing strategist and creative director for over 25 years, working at every range of the industry, from Chicago ad giants like Leo Burnett, and his own boutique agency. His work has been awarded Clios, One Shows and Addys on national accounts such as Kellogg’s, Nintendo and Anheuser-Busch, and sports teams like White Sox and the Bulls. In 2010, after consulting with a number of law firms, he recognized a change in the legal field similar to those he’d seen in other service industries. He founded On-Premise Law to deliver the same, sophisticated marketing insight, to the underserved legal field. Steve was raised in Chicago and graduated from Northern Illinois University.

  • Ross Merritt – Director of Client Services

    Ross oversees the business development and sales initiatives for On-Premise Law. He brings over 20 years of experience as a successful business owner, developing an extensive background in marketing, website creation, SEO and TV commercial production. Ross also holds two patents for merchandise he developed. And he is an important contributor to the On-Premise Law’s creative team.

  • Dave Harmon – Art Director

    Dave Harmon has designed and produced advertising, branding and website programs in fields as diverse as food, transportation, manufacturing and telecommunications. He has built a reputation for delivering award-winning, problem-solving strategies and designs employing 3-D graphics, interactive programming and unique materials.

  • Miles Kerr – Director of Photography

    Miles’ keen eye for the artistry of lighting and comfort with the technology of filmmaking has made him a key contributor to the On-Premise Law production team. After graduating with a degree in cinematography at Columbia College Chicago, he went on to shoot TV spots for Career Builder, Nike, and Hillshire Farms as well as award winning films.

  • Angelo Bosco – VP/Executive Producer

    Angelo began his production career working in local theater as a sound designer and company manager, later engineering for various audio houses. In 1984 he founded Bosco Productions, winning awards for Best in Show Silver Microphone and two Grammies for engineering Barack Obama’s audio books. Angelo has produced TV spots and corporate videos for Sears, McDonalds, Kraft and Harley Davidson. And with his extensive background in languages, created foreign language programming for many national brands. He has also produced programming for MTV, VH1 and NPR and worked on films starring Ben Affleck, John Malkovich and Dennis Farina. He was raised in South Bend, Indiana and attended Notre Dame University and Indiana University.

  • Jim Pietrangelo – Web Guru

    In the young and trendy world of the Internet, Jim has distinguished himself as a business-minded web expert. Working closely with designers, he creates rock-solid sites that are both stylish, and functional on every platform. Jim’s impressive background in directing sales and marketing for various corporations has served in constructing websites from a end-user perspective, from planning, to coding, to coordinating video, ecommerce, data and security. Jim graduated Summa cum Laude from NJ’s Monmouth College and works virtually from his office in Williamsburg, VA.

  • Anthony Carnevale – Post Production

    Anthony is one of the great young Renaissance men of modern filmmaking. Equally comfortable behind an editing console as a digital camera, he has worked on over 100 projects since his graduation from the Illinois Institute of Art less than 10 years ago. He brings an editors eye to our On-Premise Law productions. And in the editorial suite he worked in both 2D editing and 3D animation, as well as green screen composition, design and audio sweetening.
